How to Upload
1. Navigate to your brand's **Knowledge Base** section
2. Click **"Add Content"**
3. Choose upload method:
- **File upload** - Drag and drop or browse
- **URL** - Enter a public page URL
- **Text** - Paste content directly
4. Add tags to categorize (e.g., "pricing", "features", "faq")
5. Click **"Process"**
Processing typically takes 30-60 seconds per document.
Content Processing
When you upload a document, VectorGap:
1. **Extracts text** from PDFs and documents
2. **Chunks content** into semantic segments
3. **Generates embeddings** for similarity matching
4. **Indexes for search** across your audit results
This enables fast fact-checking against AI responses during audits.
Best Practices
**Do:**
- Use clear, factual language
- Include specific numbers (pricing, metrics)
- Update documents when information changes
- Tag documents for easier organization
**Don't:**
- Upload marketing brochures with vague claims
- Include confidential internal documents
- Upload competitor information (use Competitive Intel instead)
- Forget to remove outdated documents
Storage Limits
Knowledge Base storage varies by plan:
