Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account details, protect credentials, and ensure authorized access inside your workspace.

Billing and plan changes

Paid plans renew on the cycle you selected unless canceled before renewal.

Pricing, limits, and features can change, but material billing changes are communicated in advance.

Disclaimers and liability

AI outputs change over time and may not reflect objective reality at every moment.

The service is provided as is to the extent allowed by law, and liability is limited as stated in your governing agreement.

Academy certificates

VectorGap Academy certificates confirm that a learner completed and passed the relevant VectorGap Academy coursework and assessment criteria at the time of issuance.

These certificates are issued solely by VectorGap for educational and professional-development purposes. They do not constitute an academic degree, state-recognized diploma, professional license, third-party accreditation, or guarantee of employment or promotion.

VectorGap may revoke, replace, or correct a certificate when issuance data is inaccurate, assessment integrity is compromised, or program requirements materially change.
