Terms of sale: VectorGap Snapshot

1. Seller

VectorGap, company number: pending, contact: vectorgap.ai/contact.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every Snapshot order placed by a business (the "Client"). The Snapshot is sold to professionals only. It is not sold to consumers. The Client accepts these terms by ticking the box provided before payment. They prevail over the Client's own purchasing terms.

3. What the Snapshot includes

One Snapshot covers two targets: two languages, two personas or two places. A target is defined by its language, place, persona and sector. The second target changes only one element: the language, the persona or the place.

  • A measurement of the visibility of the Client's brand in the answers of 7 AI models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Mistral and Muse Spark. Six models answer from their memory alone and with web search; Perplexity answers with web search only.
  • Three angles: do the models cite the brand (Presence), what do they say about it (Perception), which brands do they recommend instead (Preference).
  • 8 buyer questions per angle and per target: once with the models answering from their memory alone, once with web search.
  • A written report, delivered within 48 hours after receipt of the Client's complete brief.
  • A video of about 10 minutes that explains the report.
  • The 30-day proof loop: a second run of the same questions on the same models, 30 days after the report, with what moved. The 30-day proof loop covers both targets.
  • If the Client asks for it, an introduction to a partner consultant (section 8).

4. How VectorGap measures

  • VectorGap always uses the same standard question set. The brand name does not appear in any Presence question. The Client cannot have the standard questions changed.
  • All measurements in a report are taken after the order, within a single 24-hour period.
  • The answers of AI models change from one day to the next and from one language to another. The report describes what the models answered on the date of the measurement. It does not guarantee any future result, ranking or revenue.
  • Any result shown before the order (presentation page, email) is dated. The report takes all measurements again: its figures may differ from those shown before the order.

5. Price and payment

  • Price: the price shown on the order page, per Snapshot, for one brand and two targets.
  • Online payment through Stripe, at the time of the order. The order is final once the payment is confirmed.

6. What the Client provides

The Client fills in the online brief: website, market, languages, category, and its answer to the introduction question. The 48-hour period starts from the complete brief. The Client warrants that it has the right to have the stated brand measured.

7. Refunds

The Client may request a refund, without giving a reason, within 30 days after delivery of the report, by a simple message through vectorgap.ai/contact. VectorGap refunds the amount paid through Stripe. A refund ends the order: the remeasurement is no longer due.

8. Introduction to a partner consultant

  • It only takes place if the Client answers "yes" in the brief. No answer is preselected.
  • If the Client answers yes, VectorGap sends the chosen partner, and only that partner: the contact's name, the website and the report.
  • The introduction is free of charge for the Client. The Client remains free to work with the partner or not.
  • The partner is an independent business. Its services are covered by a separate contract between the Client and the partner. VectorGap is not liable for those services.

9. Use of the report

The report is intended for the Client. The Client may share it with its agencies and advisers. VectorGap may use aggregated, anonymous results for statistical purposes or publications. VectorGap never publishes the Client's brand name without the Client's written consent.

10. Liability

VectorGap provides a measurement and recommendations. The Client alone decides what to do with them. VectorGap's liability is limited to the price paid for the Snapshot concerned. VectorGap is not liable for indirect damage (loss of revenue, customers or reputation).

11. Personal data

VectorGap processes the brief data in accordance with its privacy policy (vectorgap.ai/legal/privacy) and, for the introduction, in accordance with section 8.

12. Governing law and disputes

Belgian law. In case of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution.

13. Languages

These terms exist in French, Dutch and English.
